Girls Pre-team (ages 4-6)  An invitation only team designed to promote mastery of the basics of gymnastics and focus more on women’s apparatus (Vault, Floor, Uneven Bars, and Beam). This is offered for the gymnast who is serious about pursuing the sport and dedicating more of her time to mastering the skills needed to compete in the future.

Girls Competitive Team (Ages 6-18) An invitation only team for the gymnasts that will compete on the Mason Dixon or USA Gymnastics Teams. This requires a dedicated gymnasts and family and often requires 7-20 hours a week of practice with local and long distance travel on weekends.
